Unless stated otherwise, course content, branding, and materials on this platform are owned by H26 Training Services / H-26 LTD or licensed to us.
You may use the content for your own learning and (where applicable) your organisation’s internal training, subject to the terms of the licence or purchase arrangement provided to you. You must not copy, resell, publish, or distribute content externally without written permission.
Course outcomes and certificates
Certificates (where provided) indicate completion of training activities on the platform. They do not guarantee competence, qualification, or compliance with statutory duties unless explicitly stated for a specific course.
Service availability
We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, and security work may result in downtime.
Liability
Training content is provided for educational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law (for example, for fraud).
Changes to the platform and terms
